"Delivery was pretty much right on time"
I ordered from Alexander Wang and the whole delivery process was easy. The tracking email came through fairly quickly, and from what I could tell, the updates stayed consistent the whole way.
The package arrived on the day it was supposed to, with no real delays or anything strange. The box looked fine too, so overall I’d probably order again just based on how smooth the shipping felt.

"Shipping was shockingly fast"
I ordered a hoodie from alexanderwang.com fully prepared to enter the long, tragic waiting period where you check your email too many times and question everything. But nope, it shipped the very next day, and I had tracking almost immediately.
The package showed up in 3 days, which felt like a tiny delivery miracle. Everything was packed nicely, nothing weird or chaotic, and I didn’t have to chase updates or wonder where my order disappeared to. Super happy with how fast it arrived.

"A bit slow, but they did get back to me"
They did reply in the end, so I don’t want to make it sound like they ignored me. It just took a little longer than I expected. Overall, not a terrible experience, but the response time could be better.

I really like the vibe of alexanderwang.com. The whole site has that clean, simple style where my brain just goes, “okay, this looks good,” without overthinking it. The clothes are minimal but still cool, and the photos make it easy to quickly tell how things might fit. Some pieces are definitely on the pricey side, but based on the overall look and styling, it feels like the kind of stuff I’d actually wear a lot.

"Sizing was actually spot on"
I ordered my usual size from alexanderwang.com and thankfully it fit right, because I really don’t have the patience for returns. It wasn’t too tight or awkwardly short, and the pants sit nicely on the waist. I was a little nervous about the sizing, but the size guide ended up being helpful.

"Refund Took Longer Than I Thought"
I ordered from alexanderwang.com and had to return one item. The return itself was accepted without any drama, but the refund took Longer than I was expecting, which was a little annoying.
Customer service did get back to me when I reached out, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just kind of Slow. I did get my money back in the end, but I wish the updates had been a bit clearer along the way.

"GOOD value if you grab it on sale"
I’ll be honest, it’s definitely not cheap, but I knew that before ordering. I picked up a hoodie during a sale, and with the discount, the price felt a lot more reasonable for what I got.
The fabric is thick, the fit is really nice, and it doesn’t feel flimsy at all. It has that sturdy, well-made feel where I’m not worried it’s going to look rough after a couple washes.
For designer stuff, alexanderwang.com feels worth it if you’re selective and catch the right promo. I’d buy from them again, but yeah, I’m probably waiting for another sale because the promos make a HUGE difference.

"Nicer packaging than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting much from the packaging, but the order showed up really well packed and looked super clean when I opened it. The box and wrapping had a nice, slightly fancy feel without being too much. It was a small thing, but it definitely made the order feel a bit more special than I thought it would.

The site was just okay overall, nothing too impressive. Checkout felt slow, and it’s frustrating because it seems like there are all these little policy loopholes that make things more annoying than they need to be. I just wanted to finish my order without feeling like I had to double-check every detail.
